Mid Feruary coming up at the speed of light (proof I'm getting older!) and there's still time to do the summery stuff. To my shame I haven't been for one swim yet! I know!! Actually I'm quite contect to sea-gaze for now. I love the constant movement, moods, uncertainty, the ebb & flow & intercolour changes of this horizonless ocean that occurs on a daily basis just outside my door. May I never take it for granted. Lterally and figuratively. "For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14 Post Title. 01/31/2012
February begins & sunny Hawkes Bay is lookin' good! While perusing through my art scans I came across an image I was commissioned to create for a business that included body piercing. The brief was to create a mysterious other-world being incorporating selected jewellery pieces that were then literally pierced through the image/canvas! I just loved creating this creature! I have an inkling that our Creator didn't just stop with lil' old earth when it came to producing life with all its myriad forms. There's an entire universe to play in! Check the image on Facebook and be delighted! Post Title. 01/18/2012

12 days to go before we celebrate our Lord Jesus' birthday! What an amazing cataclysmic event! The Creator of the Universe embracing humanity in the humble, vulnerable form of a newborn infant offering Divine life for those with eyes to see and hearts to recieve. He became our Friend, Lover, Father, Mother, Child Who promises to be with us always. What a gift! Remember this when you celebrate this festive season with your loved ones. :) Have fun! It's important! "When I work, and in my art, I hold hands with God Robert Mapplethorp Post Title. 11/24/2011
